@BloodGain I am starting to think this tech lead is useless, before the weekend it turns out that he isn't completely clued up with what the security processes are when launching a web app. This is a project risk - scope creep, delays. I do get along with some of the devs, the ones' that know what they are doing and advise properly.

@BloodGain I hear your points, and I am not a PM who just sits back and bitches, hence leading by example. I have also now since set up a review board with senior management and other PMs to collectively review and optimise delivery processes. This thread seems to just be dev bias when if all of the devs were reliable we would not be having this conversation to begin with. I am there to make sure work is getting delivered at the end of the day, and the attitude of some in the team annoys me.
