This adds a "Delete" button to comments and also fixes documentation. With the documentation I added a deploy script which will deploy documentation (using Surge) to http://api.axtell.vihan.org

@Mego do you have any idea why test would be failing on CRUD2-frontend branch? I'm pretty sure I didn't break anything because everything works on frontend & through rest client

Oh it's because you changed the route from comments to comment

@Downgoat When you make breaking changes to routes (their paths and their returned content), please make sure to update the tests
