let's see, maybe their past work hold the answer....
- Death Note: TRASH. Completely changed Light personality from a mad extremist that kills for punishment to someone that enjoys violence and making other suffer. He also becomes a complete idiot that has none of the intelligence and charisma the original has. L becomes quite stupid too.
- Cowboy Bebop: again, completely changed characters personalities. The manga author himself was annoyed and didn't consider this *thing* Cowboy Bebop in any way.
- Full Metal Alchemist: low effort production for both versions.
- Kakegurui: not familiar with this one, apparently they changed character personalities here too.
- Bleach: not that great, still better than Death Note...
apparently, the only survivor is

and event that has the fans quite divisive between "acceptable" and "usual mess"
