@hyper-neutrino yeh it's more work dragging it's feet with the reopining of the office plan. at the moment i don't really have much sway in getting back in but in a couple of weeks, second jab and i can start asking why i can't go back if i'm fully vaxxed

but yeah once you're fully vaxxed hopefully you'll be allowed back. a lot of places here seem to also be opening up a lot more now but only with proof of vaccination which is nice
Ys and The Legend of Heroes are Falcom games. exceptional JRPGs which Falcom is known for (as they did Tokyo Xanadu which people vouch for aswell).
if your interested for Ys you can start more or less where you want but Digital Emelas has some suggestions on where to start, personally i'm following the Story Path
The Legend of Heroes people will say start with Trails of Cold Steel then that is more modern graphics but i feel should start with Trails in the Sky for the story while i havn't played them yet, i fully expect Trails of Cold Steel to follow on from the events that occured in Trails in the Sky and Trails from Zero/to Azure
@hyper-neutrino aside from one night accidently sleeping on the arm i was jabbed in and waking up to feeling as if muscles were being torn out i'm fine including the arm that hurt like hell after sleeping on it
@hyper-neutrino i do too. i miss my desk with my keyboard and mouse and 2 monitors and headphones and not being disturbed by family
oh okay, I see. i don't think i've played games similar to that / of that genre before so maybe some day i'll give it a try and see what i think

@Memor-X ah. yeah i have a desktop but i had to do all my work during my co-op last term on a shitty laptop cuz company privacy issues probably and it sucked. but at least i only had to do that for the term so... hopefully you'll be able to go back soon lol
@hyper-neutrino we still use our desktops but working from home we use Citrix to remote into them. we're not allowed to take them home because they are Government computers connected to a monitored Government Network line so unless we get a security audit of our home they remain in the workplace
internet is way faster at work because it's also a fiber network so why would i want to downgrade lol
oh having to remote desktop sounds really annoying. yeah at least i just used the laptop itself and used the company VPN but yeah downgrading from fiber network to remote-desktop-ing sucks
anyway. it is 2:40 here and i told myself i'd start going to sleep earlier so i should probably get going o/
