@xpert In aviation, helicopters fly. They can hover, but they don't levitate.
Likewise a hummingbird can hover, but it does not levitate.

@forest yeh but in the context of Avatar Levitation is more using Air Bending to keep one off the ground but Flight is less bending intensive

@Sakamoto some misconceptions in this that i can correct but need better access to the wiki
mainly, the title of King in any form is meaningless, all that matters is that you are in the Throne of Heroes so you can be cloned or you made special contract with The World like Arturia did
