Q: ubuntu error cannot update, install & upgrade and error dpkg or package

Def Putrai have a problem about mysql. i was try to connect a mysql workbench with mysql database. I think, i did something wrong with the mysql package. and i think i was remove some package. Open /etc/apt/sources.list.d/alex-wv-ubuntu-pulseaudio-equalizer-‌​ppa-xenial.list and add a # to the beginning of the line deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/alex-wv/pulseaudio-equalizer-ppa/ub‌​untu xenial main then update your repo with sudo apt update

@George It's working, but still have a rest of error. i already update the question
 
Please run this sudo dpkg --configure -a
 
@George just show dpkg: error: unable to access dpkg status area: No such file or directory
 
I think you messed up your pacakage manager, run ls -l /var/lib/dpkg/ and add to your question

@George Yes, i did. But, when i take step sudo dpkg -i dpkg*.deb. they show so much error. You can see my question, i was updated.
