I didn't try to think about it because I was tired. The closest I got to doing math was watching the movie Hidden Figures

I've read the book that the film is based on but I have still not gotten around to seeing the film. I've been meaning to see it for some time.

I think it's a great movie. I am a fan of Janelle Monae. I also loved the film Moonlight and she was in that too

I haven't read that book, I should do that!

of course there was not much math in that movie. But it did a good job of dramatising Katherine's situation, like her having to walk half a mile to go to the bathroom

maybe playing Mahjong was closer than that hahaha

I need to watch Hidden Figures again, because there were no subtitles and I couldn't catch everything.

it was on the flight - they had hundreds of movies and I found that and watched it

Was there no way to enable subtitles on it? That seems like a design problem.

I also watched If Beale Street Could Talk which had subtitles and was great, and a Tamil movie about the rent hike that followed the IT boom in Chennai (I say about, but that was just the context - it was really about one small family's struggle to find a place to rent) which was also great

@Zanna Do you recall the name the Tamil movie set against the backdrop of the rent hike? I would be interested to watch that if it is available with subtitles (which for me is quite separate from whether or not the copy on the plane had subtitles, of course).

Do you want to proceed with identity elements now? In particular, I can give another hint if you are still interested to figure out the proof.

I started watching a sci fi movie first and it seemed good but I couldn't get the dialogue well enough so I tried looking again. I was looking for only movies with CC but I really really wanted to watch Hidden Figures so I just turned the volume too loud and endured it and rewound a bit to catch bits I missed.
