Q: Getting Error with install Google Chrome

P_MI am installing Google chrome in my Ubuntu 16.04 system. i am getting this error every time when i am trying to install or remove some thing.

yes i tried, now i am not getting this error and chrome is installed BUT i can not see open tab of browser

i flowed this for install chrome
and it is installed too
BUTnow i can not see google tab
only i can see logo of chrome with open tab ib left bar
 
Why don't you install it from official page?
remove present one and install this

now i will install it from official page

sudo dpkg -i /path/*.deb
* should be your downloaded package name

i installed setup from here and run it
but still not working
 
Which OS are you using to download google-chrome package?
Is that Windows?
Is the package name ends with .deb extension?
Then go to that directory and install it with dpkg command
sudo dpkg -i google*.deb
package name should be mention proper
If you are using Ubuntu, download google-chrome from the official site and follow below steps
cd Downloads
sudo dpkg -i google*.deb
sudo apt-get -f install
