@SimplyBeautifulArt I already answered your comment/"question". Who decides whether a question is useful on MSE or on MSE. There is not a close reason, at least not yet, stating ("I don't like this"; "I don't find this useful;" "I don't like this user;" I don't find this helpful; I'm bored and pissed-off so I'm venting...", etc). Note you gave no reasons as to why the question is not useful. Note that downvotes are reserved to indicate usefulness; not close votes.
