Q: Do fridges really keep things fresh?

zoobyLike, if I had a bottle of milk with a screw top. Does that really need to go in the fridge? Because it has a top so the flies can't get in. What about a raw chicken in a sealed bag? I mean you're going to cook it anyway. So is a fridge fridge really necessary?

Q: Is it normal for someone's vision to appear grainy (like an ISO camera) when they're in a dark room or looking at dark objects?

Willy AFor example it isn't distracting in day to day life and the grain is very fine tiny dots that appear red, green and blue. Is this normal?
