Q: Suspension of users advertising with spams

RDKReviewing low-quality posts, I see some annoying users posting their ads as a form of answer or question. However, I haven’t seen some cases where the user was suspended. Right now, seeing my review histories, I have voted to close a lot of casino or other ads, but the posts were simply removed o...

If you see a spam post, the right thing to do is to flag it is as spam - which will both removed the post and hide the content. Som FAQ posts about spam can be found in the tag-info here on meta - if you read through FAQ you can also find what are the consequences for the users posting spam. — Martin Sleziak 26 mins ago
Yep, so there are some systems to suspend them, but… why can’t I see the suspended users by spam? Is it because we didn’t voted him or her as a spam? — RDK 16 mins ago
@RDK It is rather difficult to answer your question without knowing what the post in question looks like.
Could you perhaps include at least one example of a post or a review to show more clearly what you actually have in mind?
Did you flag that post as spam or did you only vote to close?
BTW you can find many examples of spam post in metasmoke.
So you can have a look there whether the users were deleted in some cases. (AFAICT, for spammer it makes much more sense to delete the user rather than to suspend the user.)
But if the user already had some posts flagged as spam and can no longer make a new post, it seems a bit unnecessary. (But perhaps some users know more about this - whether removing spammers is actualy useful.)

Q: Can an account used to create a post marked as spam from 6 users still be used to create new posts?

apadernoWhen a post is flagged from six users, the post is automatically deleted and blocked from the Community user. What happen to the account? Can the account still be used to create posts, maybe some months later, and from another person using a different computer, or connecting from a different pla...

Oh, I meant that: while I was seeing my review histories, I saw many posts such as illegal casino spam posts; in which the user wasn’t suspended and the post was deleted. And I was wondering if there was some system for deletion or suspension for the users. I’ll take a look at the site. Thanks a lot.

@RDK And could you give me a link at least to one such review or one such post?
So that I see what you have in mind.
Do you mean something like this one: math.stackexchange.com/review/low-quality-posts/2108435 ?
That answer was actually flagged as spam. And you're right that the spammer was not deleted in this case.
Still, the fact that the post was flagged as spam means some penalties for the poster.
When I look at that answer, I see this: "This answer was marked as spam or rude or abusive and is therefore not shown - you can see the revision history for details."
