@XanderHenderson yes I see your point, I suppose I take my freedom of speech and absence of certain levels of oppression for granted
Before I had the confidence to join stack exchange I was looking into how and where to publish papers, and ended up looking into something called an "orchid id" perhaps considerations like this are of merit? It's just that since joining here, I've developed a much more robust form of receptiveness to criticism and indeed much greater sense of identity in an academic community than anywhere else I had been involved before,
and I just think the medium of interaction will prove to be very important in the way we educate in the future, had I developed this trait earlier in my life, I would probably be a lot further ahead than I am
