@MartinSleziak: Is there any recent attempt to request inclusion of Approach0 in the default search feature of Math SE?
This came up in crude where people were complaining that they shouldn't have to ignore the default search and go somewhere else just to search for something on Math SE.

@user21820 Personally I am don't think that replacing the current search with Approach0 is a good idea. (You would gain good search for formulas, but you would lose many features which the search engine has.)

@MartinSleziak Yes, I don't mean replacing, but inclusion.

Not too long ago I have posted this suggestion on meta to include it at least in some help pages: Should we add external searches in some help pages about search?

I know the default search has some features specific to SE like tags and search by user.

Re: go somewhere else just to search for something. I often use Google. Maybe some other people use Bing or AskJeeves or what not.
It would be impossible to integrate all of them into the search engine of SE.

Is there a chance to do something? Developers aren't eager to change a running system, I know (I'm a developer myself), and including that external "search0" may be problematic for reasons of license. But is there a way to ask them, at least?
Why not asking on meta? This would probably get attention of more people - and, more importantly, people who have expertise to answer this.
It seems that one of current moderators was quite keen of incorporating Approach0 into the site (he was not a mod back then). At least that is a possible interpretation of this comment:
With some fine tuning, this may be a huge improvement of MSE. I hope that the MSE staff will join you soon in the development phase and later implement your search system together with the actual one. (+1) Good job. — Jack D'Aurizio ♦ Sep 13 '16 at 20:48
I left a few comments related to this in the room related specifically to searching and Approach0: chat.stackexchange.com/transcript/46148/2017/11/26
BTW if you plan to continue the discussion about this @user21820 - I would suggest to do so in this room: In the search of a question.

@MartinSleziak I was indeed thinking of that, so I asked you in case it has already been recently brought up.
@MartinSleziak Thanks; I forgot that room existed!

The topic of that room includes Approach0. More importantly, this is the room which the creator of Approach0 visits most often and input of them would probably be useful in such discussion.
