Congresswoman Lauren Boebert introduces bill to block Biden rejoining Paris Agreement independent.co.uk/environment/climate-change/…
> ‘I work for the people of Pueblo, not the people of Paris,’ Rep Boebert tweeted. The climate agreement was so named because it was signed in the French capital - and not because it solely benefits the city’s residents
It's always a Republican
> GOP Senator Ted Cruz was apparently similarly confused on Thursday when he railed against Mr Biden in a tweet, for being “more interested in the views of the citizens of Paris than in the jobs of the citizens of Pittsburgh”.
Once again, Canada apologies to our American neighbours for Ted Cruz.

You take him back and you do it now

@TimStone No thanks
> Ms Boebert has faced calls to resign, including from Colorado elected officials and local newspapers, after she tweeted details about the location of House Speaker Nancy Pelosi during the deadly insurrection at the US Capitol earlier this month by a pro-Trump mob.
Oh it's this GOP member
> The new congresswoman supported Mr Trump’s false claims of election fraud and has voiced support for the right-wing conspiracy group QAnon.
Hopefully she gets tossed in jail for accessory to attempted murder

@Wipqozn she's been in the news alot lately
tweeting Pelosi's position during the riot, bitching about the metal detectors because she can't keep to her shtick of open carrying her gun on Capital Hill.
she just now needs to join forces with that other looney who's trying in impeach Biden for "crimes" he did as VP

@Memor-X Occasionally being armed was once an important part of my job. The very idea of open-carrying an unloaded weapon is gobsmacking in its stupidity. The alternative is that she was carrying it loaded, which is, of course, illegal.

I miss Trump tweets :(

3:48 PM
@Sterno I've been trying to think of a witty response for a few minutes now, and this was the best I could come up with.

4:04 PM
@Memor-X I thought those were the same delusionals?
I thought Boebert was the woman who introduced the Biden impeachment resolution

@Wipqozn Ugh this article is awful. The website must have one of those nonsense internal link only policy - it doesn't even link to the tweet in question
If your primary source is online, then link to it

@PrivatePansy Yeah the independent isn't great in general. Just so happened to be what google threw at me via news.

@Nzall no that was Marjorie Taylor Greene
Marjorie Taylor Greene (born May 27, 1974) is an American politician, businesswoman, and conspiracy theorist serving as a U.S. Representative for Georgia's 14th congressional district. Greene was elected to Congress in the November 2020 elections, and took office on January 3, 2021. Greene was one of the 139 representatives who challenged the results of the 2020 US presidential election in Congress on January 7, 2021, the day after the storming of the U.S. Capitol. She has voiced support for conspiracy theories including Pizzagate, QAnon, false flag shootings as a means for Congress to legislate...
> On January 21, 2021, she published a statement saying that she had introduced articles of impeachment against Biden that day.
