Fascinating. I guess your 30-50% answer deletion rate explains your negligible user retention rate as well as the 95% drop in activity since the 2017 peak. 😁 I find the study of absurd management practices quite interesting, so thanks for the sample... — bobflux 1 min ago

Do you have some kind of housing contract or government guideline that forbids some of these behaviors? Or is this just an "I don't like it and want it to stop" but with nothing really backing it up? — Erik 24 secs ago

@Erik It's the second one. No one in the building likes it, including the other landlords.Aravind Suresh 1 min ago

I see a problem statement here but not a clear question. I'd recommend editing this to involve a clearly asked question. Maybe something like: how do we get loud neighbors to respect others in the building? — baldPrussian 57 secs ago

At this point, it sounds like you're using this site to ask 'what should I do', and you're mostly focused on getting someone else to do something. But on Interpersonal Skills, we focus on the behaviors people use to interact well, and we can only help you with yours. Try rephrasing the question so the goal is related to you, not related to making other people stop. What kind of interactions are you having/planning on having that you'd need our help with, and what have you considered doing, yet has proven not to work/you think it won't work? — Tinkeringbell ♦ 2 mins ago
