I know plenty of people who have Christ in their name and were named by non-Christian parents. How many people do you know who aren't Christians? You'd probably need to know hundreds to be able to make any statistically valid statement on whether non-Christians wouldn't name their kids something.
You might very well be conflating the fact that it's both traditional to be Christian and name your kids Chris* and thinking there´s a relation. In my country, the Christian tradition has died out, but the name continues to be used.
And even if they were raised by Christian parents, that doesn't mean anything. There's too much variation within the religion to be able to deduce anything useful from that knowledge.
