The problem is that you're going to give ammunition to those small group of diehard users who sustain your question is off topic.

The question will no longer be focussed on the letter Y and the axe, but it will suggest that you are now more interested in finding out, or helping Dan find out where the ball was manufactured.

That is off topic on a website that is about the English language.
