yeah. lots of states are unhappy. that's how it goes though

Louisiana for instance has no property tax after a certain age b/c in some states owning your own home(even a small one) costs more in taxes than renting an apartment. I know a guy in NC that sold his house (which he owned, no mortgage) to move in to an apartment because property tax grew faster than his retirement check...

@AbrahamVanHelpsing Yeah, its hard. But com'on the elections over, live with it. Half the people (or so) have to do it every four years.
