Hi, can anyone help me, how can I use the class wc_order_item_fee? I'm trying to get the order_item_name and order_item_id with the given order_id and order_item_type ('fee'). Any help would be appreciated.

@Howdy_McGee WordPress is reseting timezone to UTC on boot. all PHP functions return UTC results, all WP functions do their messed up custom logic to return "correct" results. if you change timezone things get out of whack fast, especially in extension space where people usually don't grok how it works.
