@BenI. ok, thank you for the background info. Interesting. I have the impression that in much of the developed world, young people are pretty much forced on to a treadmill where if they don't run as fast as they can to keep up, they will fall off in to economic irrelevance. It doesn't feel that way to me in the US, and I think we are not sufficiently aware of that.
