@BenI. I guess I misjudged it. I was worried that I was being too harsh. Usually I know when I can expect down votes.
Postmortem (preferably called Retrospective) is an idea from Agile development (and elsewhere, I guess).

How do I make a site question "Community Wiki"? I didn't see a checkbox for it on the New Question page. Does a mod need to do that?
