Hi everybody, I came across this question: https://travel.stackexchange.com/questions/20688/how-can-i-buy-an-e-ticket-for-netherlands-train-if-i-dont-have-a-dutch-bank-acc/179036#179036, which asks about buying tickets online for trains in the Netherlands without a Dutch bank account. The accepted answer (from 2013) says that it's not possible. Since then things have changed, and it's now possible to buy tickets online using a creditcard.
There is another (more recent answer), with more upvotes, but the erroneous answer remains the accepted answer.
