I would have voted to re-open this Q, but not with the hammer. (It should get several votes, not just mine, as I am not sure whether it is too broad. I'd say it is well answerable.)

Q: Travel health insurance

us erHow does travel health insurance exactly work? As far as I've understood, I apply online for the insurance with some travel details, pay the related fee, receive the receipt in my mailbox, print several copies of it and then travel with it. But how does it work? If I feel ill for some reason in a...

@Willeke it is, i think it just doesn't fit on this site

I do think it fits on the site, as people only use travel insurance when they travel.

This question is so weird: travel.stackexchange.com/questions/146965/… How did it get so many upvotes without getting hot?

user381237
@Willeke it depends on the policy and the specific country

user381237
Can you check for voting fraud potentially on that question? It's strange, when I first saw it 4/5/6 hours after being asked it already had over 10 votes without being hot

@Daniil, it is possible to check for voting fraud. But becoming or not becoming hot is no reason to do so. (And I have to say that I do not yet know how to do it.)

Ok, can you raise it potentially with other mods/i can flag it. 10+ votes in 4 hours is a bit suspicious, don't you think?

No, I do not think that suspicious. 100 votes might be suspicious, but then only if the topic is bland.
We have 10's to 100's of visitors at a time. If most of them like the question, they do upvote it.

Ok, thanks for the info

user381237
Also, I know this has been raised before but I really believe in an Expatriate close vote migration path for regular users

user381237
What do you think?

I have no influence on what the site does in that way. If you see a close for migration to expats underway, please flag for moderator attention. Although not all mods move, some just close.
Some sites do not want people to just move questions there. On Expats they do not mind. (Or at least they did not mind when I asked them.)
I think I remember it had something to do with them being a Beta site, not a full site.
If so, it can not be done.
