So far it has been no problem, I look for the positive and negative votes in the top voted photos.

I at least hope that people vote up because they like the photo, not because it already has votes.

I can change the text next month to 'the highest upvoted' rather than 'the highest voted', but as I said, so far it has not been a problem.

I do not understand why people vote down, (and when asking for explanation, I did not get it.)
