Is it possible to get your account back if you have deleted it? (As far as I'm aware you can't if a moderator has, but unsure when it is the user themselves who have)

@Uciebila there's precedence on travel where a user deleted their account, and then created a new one, and due to 'extenuating circumstances' SE merged the accounts.
but it's not the norm, to my understanding
