@MarkMayo Overseas Citizens of India, despite the name, are not eligible for Indian passports. Instead, they get a passport-like "certificate of registration." It's only helpful to enter India, not other countries.

@Relaxed do you know if there is a way to link to the most recent consolidated version of an act on the eur-lex site? For example, eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/… points to the consolidated version of 2017-04-07, but it will continue to point to that version even after the next consolidated version is added.
