@JonathanReez If you think it's fake then perhaps you should disclose that in a comment and let it be. I don't particularly care whether it's fake; it is a plausible situation, even if likely to be uncommon. I don't see whence you reach your conclusion that the country must be DPRK, Turkmenistan or North Korea; why couldn't it be China?
The question could also be relevant to someone who has avoided military obligations and is concerned about passport renewal, a common enough problem, even if there aren't many countries that would kidnap such people if they visited an embassy.
