How?

ṁ - mould like:
Ż - s with a zero prepended "!!!!"
ż - zi...
but i've only been able to come up with three other goofy 5-byters
p”!Ȯ¤, p”!⁺,, p@”!⁺
...maybe commas weren't the best choice of separator

but also looking at that it feels like it might be impossible using p, since i can't think of any other ways to get the extra exclamation mark on the opposite side
and i also can't think of how to do it without p :P
