since "spawn" is just þ
and then "flat" was supposed to suppress vectorization but... what does it actually do again

@UnrelatedString Kind of, ' doesn't auto-range integer arguments, and has some weird edge cases behaviours IIRC

I was trying to see if the lack of rangification could be useful for, say, making a list of singletons
but it looks like it does manage to suppress vectorization for dyads when you don't want it to
 
If it was "flat" for dyads as well, it'd actually be useful tbh
This would return 0, rather than a table
