if it's a list, it joins it with zeros, unless the right argument happens to contain the left argument as a sublist
Je checks if the range to the length of the left argument is an element of the right argument

my approach is to flip horizontally, take diagonals, rotate to correct position, alternate reverse and identity, and then flatten
