@Mr.Xcoder GoL: Essentially, each live cell (represented by a 1) survives to the next generation if it has 2 or 3 live cells directly adjacent to it (the 8 cells surrounding it). Otherwise, it dies. A dead cell (represented by a 0) comes to life if it has exactly 3 living neighbours.
