Downvoted. It fails a litmus test: Replace male with female and see how the answer sounds. Now we have a woman jeopardizing her colleagues safety and being a creepy, persistent female? Then it does not make any differences or nuances about the situation, but demonizes every attempt with a sweeping generalization. It also falls flat of reality because despite all existing(!) risks and problems workplace relationships are being rampant even in the US where it is strongly frowned upon — Thorsten S. 1 min ago
