OK story:

I went to Stellar.SE to an look at my meta post Where are the chatrooms? that had 1 upvote but I saw 0 votes I clicked the button to expand the vote count and I found it had a -1 vote.

Here is what I think went down:

Downvoter: *Comes across the post see that the problem is not a problem
anymore while ignoring all the other points.*

Downvoter: "Oh well it's not a problem anymore like me just downvote this post."

NO you don't downvote a bug report just because it's not fixed now and not a problem anymore. Please don't use downvotes on bug reports that are now fix it's not for that.
