Regarding the rules: I rather hate the "If your internet dies" section. If your internet dies, tough luck. I'd recommend posting early to give yourself the best chance.

Also, I'd actually love it if the score is actually determined via a meta post

That way, instead of being a "who managed to get on the HNQ", people would actually be voting on what they thought was the best challenge

I am a fan of the meta post concept.

I was actually thinking to make it a main post, so that a bounty could be awarded to the winner.

Well you could just post it to meta and give the bounty to the top answer that person has
