@hBy2Py it's like a one-box with your flag underneath... it'll give some default options depending on what kind of post, so the more you write the easier for us; and also better in some flag history and the some-such to recognise what was wrong
i.e. if you'd flag a post with 'there is something terribly wrong', that'll be fine for the moment, but we have to look it up every time we deal with a flag on the same user/post/etc; if you explain what is wrong, we see the reason, we see who approved/dismissed the flag and we can decide to trust that ... but that's really just an issue for posts that constantly and generously generate flags
