i too don't find the question very interesting, it's answered by a simple google search, hardly important

I don't think that is necessary, if they have an answer that's not too terrible, why bother changing anything?

you can put a reopen vote on it and let it go through the queues, but I'm not overruling in those cases

it's pointless then

half of my reopen requests would fail if you don't overrule them either way

the number of reopen requests that ever pass by 5 votes are almost negligible on the site
