I'm trying to remember the name of a flower/plant.
I remember hearing of a flower that people sometimes plant right in their lawn. I think it has small white or blue flowers that pop up extremely early in the spring...before almost any other plant. Then the plant all but disappears for the rest of the year. If I recall, the plant needs sun in spring, but then full shade in the summer (i.e. plant under a deciduous tree).

Does that ring a bell for anyone at all? Toronto area.

Thanks.
