Some users in mobile phones see just a reduced set of information on the election page. For those who don’t have mobile settings disabled, please note the following description:
> Election Phase
In the election phase, up to 10 candidates advance to final community voting. Candidates are displayed in random order.
Any community member with 150 reputation may vote in the election. Please make your selections in order of preference, with the most desirable candidate as first choice. You should only rank the candidates you think would make good moderators.
We will calculate the winners using OpaVote with the Meek STV method, which automatically weights users' votes in the way that does the most good for the candidates they have selected, in order of preference.

Baffling that this would be done even by accident. The Responsiveness flag seems to be toggled off and on for various pages in a manner which seems random
