@J.Musser Away from home for a few days, and managed to forget the laptop charger. Some mod tasks are difficult or impossible from the mobile interface so I left it (it didn't seem too urgent).
@J.Musser They're a mixed success. Pole beans, lettuce, kale and chard did very well, radishes were pretty good. Carrots, peppers and cucumbers did poorly.
The strawberries I planted in the sides didn't do well earlier in the year, but the ones that survived are doing better now -- I guess because the bales are getting more composty now.
