@HDE226868 apparantly a code page error. The strings are coded as utf8 but the content is rendered as Windows Latin 1.

The pasted copy of text in the other chat room is more complicated: in the chart header box it comes out as the unicode invalid replacement char and the summary at the bottom shows it correctly. The former indicates a second round of wrong-code-page that broke the utf8, and the latter restored it instead.
