I have lots of questions regarding Split
1. What was the deal with Dr. Fletcher and that other woman? She told Barry that she has always lived alone and then they show this other woman in her house. What was the point of that whole scene?
2. What was the purpose of the other 2 girls? I don't understand what purpose that they served in the movie.
3. I still don't understand what the twist was supposed to be. Just Bruce Willis at the end? So, Sam Jackson's character in Unbreakable was supposed to be suffering from multiple personality disorder?
4. I really thought that the twist was going to be McAvoy actually being her uncle and that she just sees him differently than we do. That would have been awesome and that's the kind of twists that I expect from that director!

1) It wasn't the same house I don't think, just a neighbouring apartment.
2) They were there to be consumed by "The Beast", the same as Casey
3) The "reveal" was that these events took place in the same world as *Unbreakable*. M. Night Shyamalan plans to make another film which has Bruce Willis' character from *Unbreakable* face off with "The Beast".
4) That would have been a good twist. I assumed that the twist was going to be that Casey also suffered from DID, and that the other two girls were just alt personalities of hers.

Regarding #1, I thought that Dr. Fletcher might be suffering from DID as well and I agree, I thought that Casey would have been also.

@steelersquirrel I've not seen Unbreakable, but by all counts it's one of Shyamalan's better movies, so a cross-over between the two makes a lot of sense (plus, it sort of explains how Kevin managed to survive two shotgun blasts to the toros - this is a world of super powers!)

It was still a good movie. The whole thing about being able to control physical aspects about oneself when suffering from DID was really fascinating.

I liked it well enough. I wish the ending (that is, Casey's escape) had been less traditional though, and it's a shame that we don't really get to see the end of her story.
