English question: Can you say "You never don't need backup."? (=you always need backup)
or is there an alternative phrasing that includes a double negation?
(that is not misunderstood as single negation, for example "You don't need no backup." usually means "You don't need a backup.")

@flawr Personally, I would say that "You never don't need backup." is valid, though it wouldn't necessarily be equivalent to "You always need backup.". Another wording: "You will never not need backup.", especially with emphasis on not.

@PhiNotPi Today's google doodle is incredible. They trained an AI using Bach harmonies as input, and taught it to create harmonies for the inputted notes you give it. For example, twinkle twinkle little star: g.co/doodle/ry8cug
Unfortunately there's only two measures, and you can't do a whole lot with rhythm (only eighth/quarter notes). But it's still really cool
They even added a button to download the midi

@El'endiaStarman Thanks a lot!
^ can history get more steampunkish than that?

@DJMcMayhem I thought that Google Doodle was pretty cool too!

(paris exhibition of flying machines in 1909)

That's pretty much the definition of steampunk innit?

no idea, probably
I mean I knew that steampunk was inspired by a certain era in history but the steampunk artwork/games always looked a lot more exagerated than any historic pictures I saw before.
