Noto Sans JP is a free font that is widely available regardless of platform.
Yu Mincho is usually a very safe option if you're on Windows, and I don't know why you have a line height problem.

@naruto Thank you for your response. I guess the problem with "Noto Sans JP" is that the people with whom we may share the file may not have it installed.
Ok for Yu Mincho, thanks for the confirmation. I suppose it is because I use it as a font for kanjis placed in the middle of a text which is in English
