@FelipeOliveira いい is a colloquial reading, while よい is a more formal reading. If you are talking to your friend in a informal situation, you'd normally go with いい. And given it says いいなあ in the first sentence, いい might be a better choice in terms of consistency. (And I should have written いいとおもいます in the first place.)
