@FelipeOliveira (1) The usual way to say "soft-boiled (egg)" is 半熟(卵), and "the degree of boiledness" is 「茹で加減」. (2) The「今のままよりも」 seems somehow unnecessary in the Japanese. (3) I think when stating your opinion rather than objective facts, 「さらに言えば」 is more natural-sounding than just 「さらに」. (This applies only to the sentence-modifying さらに, and not , for example, a adjective- or verb-phrase-modifying さらに.)

The bottom line: I'd go with something like「卵がもう少し半熟だったらいいなあと思います。さらに言えば、茹で加減が選べたらもっと良いと思います。」 　.

I wonder what makes 「今のままよりも」sound unnecessary. It's equivalent in the English sounds fine, though it'd be equally fine without it. And we do use「今(のまま)より」 in comparative constructions in counterfactual sentences.
