ほとんど同じですね・・
You can also say 「馬鹿者めが!」 using both..

Need a little help... Does 日課 imply a hobby of checking the accuracy of the forecast here, or is it something that he does because the company ordered him to? i.imgur.com/3HD8zjp.png
I think 残業明け made me think that its' his job, but I'm not so certain.

@kuchitsu I think his hobby doing checking the forecast is a natural interpretation and 残業明け here implies that he finished work later than usual, so it made him check the forecast at midnight rather than usual time such as 7 o'clock.
