Stackoverflow has a documentation section. That isnt available in japanese SE and in other SE communities. Are the features/settings of japanese SE managed by the moderators? or are they managed by higher levels? (Like SE admins, employees, or whatever)
I recently heard an anime character say お前だけは before and I was wondering what this actually means he/she said because they did something bad to them it means literal ''only you'' but does not make sense what does that literal meaning of お前だけは mean on someone they hate?
