Hey guys I have a question. I know that you can make a comparative by using のほうが~
But I can't find a way to modify the noun with a comparative form adjective in order to say something like "the smaller house is there". Do you just use ちさい as a modifier and smaller then is just small ? Or do you do something like 家のほうがちさいものはあそこ。?
