That would be a site similar to AskUbuntu or Elementary OS's site, but ... I thought about some problems that AskUbuntu has, and didn't want things to repeat on the new site.

It's better if people ask on Unix and Linux site

Sometimes proposals get closed as duplicates of other sites or proposals because it doesn't make sense to split of topics that can just be fitted into one site.
