I was looking up the room/star/user limit on meta, and it seems that at least some people are under the impression that room owners have no daily limit. Can anyone verify that?

The rest of the hats all require either getting lucky and posting a Jelly answer to a new question, or -- gasp -- participating in SE sites besides PPCG
